Project Overview
In the winter of 2002, the city of Colerain, Ohio worked with the school of Planning to develop a studio to redesign a small residential neighborhood sandwiched inbetween 275 and Northgate Mall. The plan called for a multiuse development that included a design for senior housing. My partner and I utilized the unique topography to design a recreational lake that channeled right into the heart of the development. Below is the final poster containing all graphics detailing our plan.
